If I Change, Everything Changes: 5 Steps To Programming The Subconscious

You may not be able to control your subconscious, but you can teach it to guide you through your intuition to live fully in the present moment.
If I change, everything changes: 5 steps to programming the subconscious

Subconscious programming sounds almost scary. When we hear the word “subconscious,” many of us immediately think of psychoanalysis. The idea that we are characterized by all that lies beneath the surface of our consciousness also comes to mind.

In fact, this particular part of our mind is what acts as the engine for many of the things we do. It guides our daily reactions and the way we interact with the people around us.

For example, when we are introduced to a new person, we are able to quickly judge whether we like him or not. When we go down the stairs and we stumble, we usually react in a fraction of a second and get our balance back.

There are many things we do automatically and many answers we give without analyzing and rationalizing them. All in all, many of the ways we behave come from our subconscious.

But what if we told you that there is a way to access this black box in our minds and get to know it better and even manage it? This is exactly what subconscious programming is.

Doing so would be an incredible way to learn to behave more confidently and fearlessly so that we become freer, fuller, and happier people.

Today we are talking to you about this topic.

The subconscious is the autopilot of the mind

Nothing in your subconscious is arbitrary or random. Your subconscious hosts the core of everything you experience, see, and feel. It’s like a “trash can” where your compass of your being and everything that happened to you is stored.

Everything you’ve been through leaves a psychic mark on you depending on how you’ve handled the matter. Because of this, you form certain associations, right or wrong, based on what you experience:

“People who look me in the eyes are trustworthy because my mom looked at me that way”. “Men who avoid eye contact when talking to me are dangerous because my first boyfriend did so and he really hurt me.”

Everything you experience leaves a mark on your subconscious. Therefore, you are likely to interpret reality in accordance with this stored information. But subconscious programming is possible.

Your subconscious allows you to respond quickly when you don’t have time to think things through. Your subconscious can answer many questions, for example,  “Should I accept that job offer?”, “Should I give my phone number to my new acquaintance?”, “Which direction should I go, left or right?”

Subconscious programming and its benefits

There are many reasons why the subconscious should be programmed:

  • To get to know yourself better.
  • To correct bad habits (smoking, stress, anxiety, depression, low self-confidence).
  • To create a reality that better meets your own desires.

Subconscious programming can help you become the person you really want to be.

Before you program your subconscious, you should know what it involves

The idea is simple: no one can change the decor of their home if they don’t know what the house has from the beginning.

The most common situation is that there are dark rooms that have not had access to light for long periods of time. In these places, your  fears and limiting thoughts are hidden  – the ones that prevent you from being happy.

Therefore, it is very important to get to know the problem areas of your subconscious so that you can fix them before directing your subconscious towards health and good accomplishments.

To get into your subconscious, you need to do the following. It will be extremely useful.

Learn to get into your subconscious

  • Pay attention to your instincts. Imaginations are, in fact, messages that your subconscious sends to your conscious mind. They are, therefore, pieces of knowledge that can serve as a clue as to what lies within you and what you are trying to tell yourself.
  • Keep a sleep diary. Put the notebook on the bedside table and write down all the dreams you see. Do it as soon as you wake up to remember your sleep. Later, analyze it and ask yourself what sleep could mean.
  • Meditate. Find a quiet moment during the day and use it for this healthy exercise. Think of it as half an hour when you get in touch with yourself.
  • Paint the mandalas. It’s a way to focus on this moment so you can connect with yourself.
  • Keep a diary. Write down your thoughts, memories, and feelings. It’s the perfect way to create a “literary architecture” where your essence and a piece of your subconscious come out.

5 steps to subconscious programming

It is important to work on an earlier stage, finding yourself, before moving on to this stage.

Only when you have found your weaknesses can you begin the process of internal change and subconscious programming.

You should remember one important thing: be consistent. These exercises should be done daily, so be patient. Changes don’t happen in a week or even a month.

Make a note of these steps.

1. Visualize

Practice visualization every day. Imagine yourself in a car. You’re in the driver’s seat, behind the wheel, and you know exactly exactly where you need to drive.

  • You will feel a nice breeze on your face and you will see a soothing sunrise on the horizon that will fill you with hope.
  • That point on the horizon is where your goals are. You drive towards it confidently and fearlessly. No one is stopping you.

2. Use positive affirmations to empower yourself

I came up with phrases that work for you: “I deserve to be happy, and nothing can stop me. My worst enemies are in my mind, and I have already defeated them. ”

Repeat these affirmations often, especially before going to bed.

3. Live “here and now”

Stay in touch with what’s happening right now.

If you focus your attention on the past or the future, your subconscious will deceive you, as the doors to new opportunities will only open in the present moment.

4. Do one thing at a time

Avoid multi-pockets. Doing a hundred things at once creates stress, which becomes the enemy of your inner peace.

Learn to focus on the things you are doing right now. You should focus all your energy on them.

5. Stop wandering thoughts

All in all, you should have one goal in mind: to be happy, to be yourself, and to become the kind of person you really want to be.

Do you know who can stop you from getting into it? You yourself, with your wandering thoughts. You should no longer think like, “I can’t because I’ve failed in the past” or “I don’t dare because I’m sure to disappoint someone.”

Control your thoughts and embrace for yourself a more confident, mature and powerful subconscious that will guide you where you want to go: to a world of complete peace and happiness.
